Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers all learning modules, mentorship sessions, and programs offered by Finance Educator.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are evaluated based on completion status, engagement in sessions, and specific circumstances described at enrollment.
3. Refund Process
Submit a written request via email detailing the reason for the refund and relevant transaction information.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Recurring learning plans may be cancelled by notifying Finance Educator at least seven days before the next cycle begins.
5. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. We will confirm once the request is completed.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Completed sessions, downloadable resources, and third-party services arranged on your behalf are non-refundable.
7. Rescheduling
Mentorship sessions can be rescheduled once without additional charges if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
8. No-Show Policy
Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered delivered and therefore ineligible for refunds.
9. Program Changes
Finance Educator may modify program components to improve quality. Learners will be notified of significant adjustments.
10. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
11. Force Majeure
Delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing alternative arrangements.
